Juices… I love them

Here’s some of the juices I’ve been drinking the last couple of months.

Juices are a great way to pack in loads of veggies to your diet. Stick mostly to veggies rather than fruit to keep the sugar content to a minimum. Add lemon and ginger for flavour. I like adding parsley for its detoxing properties too. You’ll get loads of Vitamin C and other antioxidants and minerals. Give them a go and experiment.
