Do you find you need a coffee to get started in the morning? Are you drinking lots of coffee throughout the day? Caffeine affects our stress response, it affects blood sugar balance and it can disrupt sleep patterns. Limit to 2 cups of coffee daily and avoid after 2pm for a good night’s sleep. Try Chicory coffee or as pictured here, Dandelion coffee, which are naturally caffeine free and have that bitter coffee like flavour.
