As tempting as it is to stay indoors in my pjs, I do aim to get out walking briskly everyday..

Hitting the bottle would be nice but I know alcohol doesn’t suit me… I advise limiting consumption to the Government’s recommended allowance of 14 units weekly. It’s high in sugar and alcohol puts extra strain on the liver..
I’m tempted to stay up into the wee small hours watching films but I stick to my bedtime regime to ensure I get enough sleep. Sleep is when our bodies get chance to heal damage done throughout the day. We do need on average 8 hours daily..
I don’t drink caffeine anymore and adore Redbush tea instead. I advise reducing caffeine to everyone to help your body cope with stress..
